Crystal Cove Co. is located in Utah and ships orders from Utah.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier and is in their possession, Crystal Cove Co. is not responsible for delays, tracking issues, delivery errors, or other shipping discrepancies caused by the carrier.

Crystal Cove Co. is also not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered but are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

Packaging

We take great care when preparing every order for shipment. We use appropriate packing materials and carefully package crystals, jewelry, and other items to help protect them during transit.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that your order is securely packaged before it leaves our possession. However, once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier, we cannot control how it is handled during transit.
