By placing an order with Crystal Cove Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

All Crystal Cove Co. sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been committed to or paid for, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Because our inventory includes natural crystals, handmade jewelry, custom pieces, and one-of-a-kind items, slight variations in color, shape, pattern, size, and natural inclusions are to be expected. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.

Unpaid Invoices & Live Sales

For live sales, custom orders, or other purchases where an invoice is issued, invoices must be paid within 48 hours unless another arrangement has been made with Crystal Cove Co.

If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 48 hours without communication, Crystal Cove Co. reserves the right to cancel the invoice, return the items to available inventory, and/or restrict the customer from participating in future sales or live events.

If you are unable to pay an invoice within the stated timeframe, please contact us before the 48-hour period has passed so we can discuss the situation.

Handmade & Natural Products

Many Crystal Cove Co. products are handmade, individually selected, or made from natural materials. Because of this, no two pieces may be exactly alike.

Natural crystals may contain variations such as inclusions, cracks, lines, pits, color differences, druzy, or other characteristics that occur naturally within the stone. These features are part of the uniqueness of natural crystal products and are not considered defects.

Custom jewelry and handmade pieces may also have slight variations from photographs or previous examples.

Purchases & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing their purchases, invoices, shipping information, and order details before completing payment.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable Refund & Shipping Policy.
